Come and meet the man at the helm of World Rugby just three weeks before the 2019 Rugby World Cup kicks off. Australian turned Dublin-resident Brett Gosper is the CEO who oversaw the repositioning and rebranding of the IRB into World Rugby, rugby’s successful return to the Olympics after a 92-year absence and the record-breaking 2015 rugby world cup staged in England that saw 2.47M tickets sold and ticketing revenues in excess of £600M. Before all this the former player in Australia and for Stade Francais was a heavyweight in the advertising industry, including roles as President of McCann Erickson in the USA and CEO of EMEA.
